At RUVKA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

Refunds
